In the movie above Michelle Darnell joins many of us to get Seattle City Council to act responsibly (i.e. curtail their dereliction of duty) on the fact that they need to sue MERS/King County Recorder of Deeds as many other Counties have.
I'll be focused on the dirty law firm of Wright, Finlay & Zak: I have sued them because they lied about me and actually claimed that I issued a death threat against them even though I used the same exact language that their white male partner used, i.e. "Get Good with Jesus." So I sued them and they ran off to Federal Court now I am moving to Remand read my Motion and Advance Reply Memorandum -- it's solid as hell.
Anyway I dunno if Jonathan Zak is still a partner or Of Counsel but I do know that law firm is so deceitful in so many ways it would make your head spin, but they always seem to get off the hook, even when they can't demonstrate any fiduciary relationship status despite Judge Ronald Sargis' ORDER.
That won't happen with me because I'm leaving evidentiary paper trails about their bullshit everywhere and believe me, I'm just getting started.
Also, they just lost Yvanova as Amicus. Here's more about these scumbags. I can say that pursuant to established case law here in Washington. In fact, I could say much worse, but I haven't.
